(MASTER SUCOOL – INOVATION MASTER CLASS TRAINING PROGRAMS)
Within the scope of the purposes and legal grounds specified in the Master SuCool – Inovatıon Master Class Applicant Clarification Text by Sabancı Üniversitesi Inovent Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları Yönetim Ticaret ve Yatırım Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), acting in its capacity as data controller;
I hereby give my explicit consent to photographs, video recordings and audio recordings of me being taken during the training sessions conducted as part of my participation in the Master SuCool – Inovation Master Class training programs, and to my visual and audio recording data obtained within this scope being published and shared publicly and openly, including my name-surname and/or social media username, by way of stories, posts, reels, reposts and similar content, through any domestic / foreign TV, newspaper, radio, internet environment, social media platform, digital advertising network campaign, cable broadcasting medium, digital platform, mobile application, magazine, outdoor, indoor, cinema, advertisement, catalogue, poster, brochure, promotional video/presentation and similar means of public communication capable of transmitting signs, sounds and/or images, including those belonging to third parties such as program partners, business partners and instructors, particularly Sabancı University; to such data being made publicly available and accessible to third parties within this scope; and, given that social media platforms may belong to companies established abroad, to such data being transferred abroad.
I hereby declare, acknowledge and undertake that, prior to applying to the Program, I have read the Master SuCool – Inovation Master Class Applicant Clarification Text shared with me by the Company as an annex to this Explicit Consent Text, that I have understood its contents, that I give this explicit consent freely within the scope of such Clarification Text, that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time, and that I am aware that such withdrawal shall have prospective effect from the time of withdrawal.
CONSENT FORM
During my participation in the training sessions conducted within the scope of the Master SuCool – Inovation Master Class training programs organized by the Company, photographs, video recordings and audio recordings of me have been taken with my explicit consent for the purposes of carrying out announcement and promotional activities relating to the program activities and conducting corporate communication activities.
With respect to the photographs, video recordings and audio recordings obtained by the Company, I hereby assign to the Company, free of charge, all economic rights arising under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works (“FSEK”), including, without limitation, the rights of adaptation, reproduction, distribution, performance and communication to the public by devices enabling the transmission of signs, sounds and/or images as set forth under Articles 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 of FSEK; the right to use and download such content through any domestic / foreign TV, newspaper, radio, internet environment, social media platforms (including stories, posts, reels, reposts, etc.), digital advertising network campaigns, cable broadcasting media, digital platforms, mobile applications, magazines, outdoor and indoor media, cinema, advertisements, catalogues, posters, brochures, promotional videos/presentations and similar media; as well as, within the scope of Article 80 of FSEK, all economic rights relating to performances, including the rights of adaptation, reproduction, distribution, performance, communication to the public by devices enabling the transmission of signs, sounds and/or images, use and download in digital environments such as the internet, mobile applications and social media, retransmission, modification and adaptation in any manner and format, without limitation to those expressly listed herein. I further assign to the Company, free of charge, the transferable proprietary rights, including the authority to exercise the moral rights set forth under Articles 14, 15 and 16 of FSEK, namely the right of disclosure to the public, the authority to determine how the author’s name is indicated, and the authority to modify the title and the work, together with the authority to transfer such rights to third parties, without any limitation as to number, duration, territory, medium or content, for communication to the public by means enabling the transmission of signs, sounds and/or images, cable broadcasting media, digital platforms and all social media channels, both in Türkiye and abroad. I further declare, acknowledge and undertake that, should the matter arise, any claims arising from copyrights relating to the work shall belong exclusively to the Company; that any copyright remuneration is included in the service fee; and that, in any event, if any additional obligation arises in connection with the transfer of the right to use the copyright and the related economic and moral rights, I shall promptly carry out all acts and procedures necessary for the performance of such obligation.
I hereby declare and acknowledge that all products and results arising from my photographs, video recordings and audio recordings, including but not limited to photographs, images, negatives, tapes, written media and all other creative materials, service marks and trademarks, shall belong exclusively to the Company, and that my photographs, video recordings and audio recordings containing my visual and audio recording data may be used, without any limitation as to duration, number, territory or content, by being shared with the public through any domestic / foreign TV, newspaper, radio, internet environment, social media platforms, digital advertising network campaigns, cable broadcasting media, digital platforms, mobile applications, magazines, outdoor and indoor media, cinema, advertisements, catalogues, posters, brochures, promotional videos/presentations and similar means of communication to the public capable of transmitting signs, sounds and/or images, whether belonging to the Company or third parties.
